Signed by the author. The author was a young seminary student when he was conscripted into the Albanian army at the end of World War II. After spending seven years in prison and in concentration camps, he escaped from Albania in 1956, eventually making his way to the United States. This book is a firsthand account of Albanian Communism in action.
