The boards have a small line of discoloration along the bottom edge, but the spine ends are stiff and the corners sharp. Internally, the pages are clean, crisp, and solidly attached to the text block. The are multiple black-and-white illustrations throughout the volume. The blue paper dust wrapper is toned, shows a spot or two of soiling, has one small tear and curled along the upper edge. The dust jacket is in good plus condition and near very good. The dust jacket is currently protected by a clear removable cover.
