First edition, first printing A great association copy in that it is signed without her name but pulled from the library of Beat poet Janine Pommy Vega. Patty Oldenburg has written a note stapled to the opening flyleaf and initialed "P.O." Her note was written on the back poem "Pulling Out The Seed" from Whistle-Pig Press. Patty Oldenburg has fuly signed this card. The book is one of 100 copies issued when Patty Oldenburg was living in Vermont. Janine Pommy Vega has tipped down a few corners of the book - ever the careful reader she has chosen poems to use no doubt for visits to schools and prisons. This copy is near fine pictorial stapled wraps with gentle use. Front cover photo shows the author standing in front of her jeep with the license plate "Pan". A strong association copy.
