(released) with their bookplate, small rubberstamps and neat accession number on spine, small crack in the cloth at the top of the upper joint; library markings aside, a very good, sound copy. The lithograph frontispiece shows a plan of a 60-acre country estate. This is a comprehensive and popular work which got to a fifth edition by 1866.

Better than it sounds.
