All page edges gilt. 316 pages. Red cloth boards with colour pictorial decoration and gilt titles. There is an inscription on the first blank endpaper and some foxing to last page of text. A couple of very tiny marks to half-title page and very light damp mark to upper fore edge of title page margin, see image. All else is very clean and firm inside and out. The boards have a few small scuffs and very minor edge wear. This is an unusually nice copy.
