Hardcover. Condition: Good+. 8 Color Plates; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 278 pages; 1921 Frederick A. Stokes. HC. Apparent 1st edition with illustrations by Russell. Soundly bound in original ribbed green cloth with title design in gilt. Title lettering at spine dulled but legible; cloth pulled and crimped at spine ends. Light shelf bumping to boards at corner tips and mild toning to cloth surfaces. Illustrated with pictorial endpages and 8 color plates by Russell. G to G+.
