First photoplay edition. 3" X 5" white card SIGNED by Gloria Swanson, who starred in the film, laid-in. ("Greetings. Gloria Swanson") Also laid-in is a black & white folding mailing card with the image of Swanson by Edward Steichen. The inscription within the card is simply signed "G--", and may not be attributed to Ms. Swanson. The book is about fine in near fine jacket. (A few short edge tears in jacket. Mild age toning to paper in text. Slender whisp of chipping at crest of spine on jacket. ) Illustrated with scenes from the film.
