Bound in red cloth with a striking pictorial cover with gilt lettering and illustration in white and black showing a gigantic Gulliver picking up one of the lilliputians. Eight (8) full page color plates. This is an abridged version for children covering two of Gulliver's adventures. 221 pages. There is a two line ink gift inscription from 1920 on blank verso of frontispiece. Page edges are foxed (tan/brown spotted stains and some pages also have a little foxing in the margins. Otherwise, a very good, tight, clean copy. Book.
