Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. No edition / printing / date stated--1929 copyright by the author. Given the book's pagination--i.e., only the ffep and the title/publication pages (and no no stubs) precede page 9, the initial page of text--this is probably a First Thus. A VG 12mo hardcover in a G- dust jacket. Penned initials and the date 3)26)31 on the top edge near the gutter of the ffep. The remaining contents appear clean, complete, and securely bound albeit with a bit of age appropriate tanning. Green cloth with black titling on the spine and upper board. Stain on the bottom 3/4 inches of the spine tail. The art deco dust jacket, which is in a clear cover, looks sharp but does have rubbing on the front flap edge, a bit of upper edge wear including a couple of small chips, and a spine tail stain that corresponds to the stain on the book's spine tail. Further, although the clear cover minimizes it, there appears to be 1.5 inch tear along the front flap edge from the top and related light creases on the front cover in the lettering near the top. NO ex-library markings!.
