Book First Edition
Decorative Cloth. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. First Edition. This is the 1911 unsigned edition in blue cloth binding with bright gold stamping, no DJ. Some discoloration of the binding and lacking the front flyleaf. From the library of Maud Vila who purchased this copy at 12:30 PM on June 19, 1924, as noted on the title page. At the end of her life she removed the endpapers from all her wonderful books (not one bad book in a very large collection) to use for note paper. Back to this book; lots of nice photos of the shops. I like the photo of the auto repair and sales establishment. And the bookshops.
