Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. This 7-9/16" tall green cloth HC w/o DJ is in good+ cond. Corners and spine ends are bumped and lightly worn. Spine show slight discoloration, where a library sticker was previously. Spine is slightly cocked. Very light other edgewear/soiling. Book is otherwise VG+; all pages present, tightly bound and most are totally clean, although some are lightly foxed. Hinges are excellent. Book is ex-lib. with the usual internal markings.236 pages plus 4 pages of ads.

There is a book plate that states that the book was an award given as a prize from the English College in Mexico. The date was December 1903. It was given for Public Examinations. On the back is on ownership, The English College, Mexico. And a slight nick at the bottom of the cover. The front has the title in gold with a beautiful tree and a girl and boy. The boy is reading and the girl is fanning herself.
