About this Item: A. Prokich, Beamsville, ON, 1996. Paperback. Condition: Very Good. Book. 135 pp. Clean tightly bound copy. Secure packaging! "Concealed within these eighteen short stories lies the kernel not merely of historical fact, but of personal experience-something rare and precious in any treatment of history. Though presented as historical fiction, each of these stories embodies incidents which actually took place during what was in many ways the most awesome and tarumatic conflict in human history, the war on the "Russian Front" in World War II or, as the offical Soviet histories had name it. "Velikaya Otechestvennaya Voina"-the Great Patriotic War.". Seller Inventory # 3120
