These richly detailed illustrations, accompanying the tales throughout, are intriguing, and sometimes unusual. Joseph Jacinto Mora (1876-1947) was a Uruguayan-born American illustrator, sculptor, painter, photographer, muralist and author. Living with the Hopi and writing about his experiences, he became known as the "Renaissance Man of the West."
