Numerous woodcut headpieces, tail pieces and initials. An excellent solid example with no cracking to joints and very clean text throughout. Inked name to title page and 18th century bookplate to front pastedown endpaper, with owner's stamp below (C.E.D. with horizontal crescent moon and three stars). Text in Latin and Italian. Includes the full text of The Book of the Courtier in Italian. Overall condition is Very Good.
