A most handsome example of the exceedingly uncommon 1991 hardbound edition (which shares the same ISBN with the paperbound version) limited to thirty-five copies NUMBERED (5/35) AND SIGNED by Sparkuhl, Abeles, and Fitzgerald in black ink on the title page.
