Octavo, 227pp. Illustrated boards over brown cloth spine, title in gilt on spine. In the publisher's scarce dust jacket, very good, with closed tear at top edge of spine, tissue repair to verso. In brown cardboard slipcase. From a limited edition of 1500 copies signed by the printer and the illustrator, this being number 1265.
