South Wales, May 12, 1887. 35 volumes in varying formats, with 1 index: Sermons (Vols 1-11), Essays (Vols 1-5), Treatises (Vols 1-5), Literary (Vols 1-2), Historical (Vols 1-3), Polemical (Vols 1-6), Theological and Ecclesiastical (Vols 1-2). Index to the works by Joseph Rickaby (1914) Vols universally bound in black half-morocco, spines tooled and lettered in gilt, raised bands, page edges marbled, marbled endpapers. Index bound in blue morocco with gilt titles to spine. Volumes showing age and shelf wear to covers. Internally text is clear and crisp and remains a very fine set of important volumes. . . . .
