Approved March 11, 1861. (2) A Resolution, In regard to the military expenditures made by the State of South Carolina. Approved May 10, 1861 (3) An Act to raise provisional forces for the Confederate States of America and for other purposes'." Approved February 28, 1861. Very good, extremities worn, torm along folds, light soiling and browning, oval patch reomved from top cormer.
