Near Fine, scant rubbing to cloth at the tips, prior owner name front endpage under front flap, in a Very Good dustjacket, a few small chips. 260 pages, set in Alaska, Jake and Jim must reach Valdez as quickly as possible to register a gold claim for their friend. Great illustrations by E. Joseph Dreany, including illustrated endpages and pastedowns.
