Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. This is the largest book that I have seen in my 40 years of collection and selling baseball books. The book is 12 by 18 inches, with 14 different panels. It is a year by year history from 1976 to the present (1992). Off the field analysis, all the hitting and pitching leaders, the post-season and all-star games, and hundreds of photos of baseball's greatest players. Lloyd Johnson was the President of The Society for American Baseball Research (SABR) when he compiled the material for this book. In very good condition. Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. Apparent First Edition (NAP). 1997 on the Dedication Page. You can see the covers in the photos. They have little to no wear. The white rear cover does have some toning and handling soiling. The book is square and very solidly bound from cover to cover with nicely tight pages throughout and nicely tight covers as well. The interior of the book is in exceptional condition. I scrolled through the pages a number of times without finding any instances of soiling. They are also quite bright. There are many, many black and white illustrations. There are also 8 full-page color illustrations. All of the illustrations appear to be in perfect condition. The book is broken into three sections: Designs with Commentary, Alice In Wonderland: Costume Design II Projects for Carrie Robbins, and Designs (which consists only of illustrations and short descriptions). The only imperfection I can see is extremely minor, a light and tiny crease (from a light bump) just under the top edge of the first 13 pages, not reaching any of the print or illustrations. There are no turned-down corner or placeholder creases. There are no markings. No attachments of any kind. And no one has written their name or anything else anywhere in the book.
