Slightly shaken, spine gently cocked, and some isolated neat underlining (on about a dozen pages). In a good only dust jacket, with several large tears repaired with tape, and some dust-soilng to rear panel. This copy SIGNED and INSCRIBED by Cukor, the subject, on the title page: "Jim Butler from George Cukor." He has added a brief note: "With hopes!" Scarce signed by Cukor, the accomplished Hollywood director, whose career took off with the advent of sound in motion pictures. A well-worn, but pleasing copy.
