Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. First edition. Square quarto [31 cm] Black cloth over boards with silver lettering on the backstrip and front board. The extremities are lightly rubbed, the head of the spine is bumped, and there is a remainder mark at the foot of the text block. In the pictorial dust jacket, with a two inch closed tear to the top edge of the front panel at the head of the spine. May require extra postage due to weight. A retrospective reproducing more than eighty prints which span Yavno's career from the 30s, when he was a young bohemian photographer in New York through his documentation of Los Angeles, Jerusalem, and Cairo.
