He was granted the honorary title of Colonel, and became instrumental in M. D. Anderson as a trustee. He served in World War I and was twice wounded in France. He came home and became a teacher. The story goes on and on. The accomplishments are amazing. He was a Renaissance man! Enjoy the read!
