One side prints a map and description of the Flying W's chuck wagon suppers and original show. The reverse prints a description of the ranch and the amenities offered. "Flying W. Ranch is a working cattle and horse ranch. During the summer we invite you to come on out and visit our Indian Village, Art Gallery, old blacksmith shop, dry goods store, three-story Indian pueblo. Leather shop, mine tunnel, eat supper with us, and watch our famous stage show. By the time the stories and singin' start, you'll be sure it is the highlight of your trip to Colorado.".

8vo. [6 pp (unpaginated).], leporello accordion-style triptych, with photo & text illustrations. Self-printed softcovers, photo cover art of women in cowboy riding garb, and bathing suit, w/ interior photos of the ranch, horseback riding and swimming, printed overlays for price changes on recto & verso (slight shelfwear, minor wear to corners), still VG copy. First edition, thus, of this scarce revised brochure detailing the activities and experiences on the Bingham Springs Bar M-Ranch dude ranch located in the Blue Mountains and originally established on the stage road linking Walla Walla to Summerville, OR, and by 1892 had become a hot springs sanatarium under Dr. John Bingham. Howard & Bonnie Baker eventually bought the resort in 1938 towards the end of the Great Depression featuring a facility with no running water, and in need of serious upgrades. Electricity arrived in 1947, and they plumbed guest cabins, improved the pool, and the livestock. The facility was sold in 2011 to Cavalry Chapel of Tri-Cities, WA, and still operates. One side prints a map [21 cm x 19 cm] of Colorado that locates 47 different dude ranches, that map is surrounded by individual descriptions of each ranch with contact information. The reverse prints brief descriptions and suggestions for enjoying yourself at a Colorado dude ranch. Promotional piece from this still operating northern Wyoming dude ranch, with one side printing useful tips for the prospective visitor (descriptions of the Ranch, area, activities, accommodations, etc.). The reverse prints 30 views of life on the Ranch. "In the early days of the West, pioneers discovered the cool, cottonwood shaded stream which is now known as Crazy Women Creek; they followed it as far as the Canyon gateway, where it rushes forth from the fastness of the Big Horns; they found it good and settled there. Years later the ranch site passed to a survivor of the famous Alaskan Gold Rush and was renamed Klondike.".
