First Edition
First Edition. Crown 8vo, 71pp; black cloth. A nice presentation copy of the British-born Christian poet's first book, along with a splendid series of her slef-produced poetry pamphlets made between 1950 and 1980. Laid into the book are two pages of typescript poems. The book and all of the pamphlets have been inscribed by the poet to Gwendolyn Brooks. Very good in a slightly sunned, chipped dut jacket with a short snag to the front; pamphlets in very good condition.
