Der Einband ist etwas berieben, gering fleckig, die Ecken sind teils bestoßen. Die Monatsübersichten sind teils zeitbedingt gebräunt, die Seidenhemdchen teils etwas fleckig und angeknickt, wenige der montierten Fotos sind gering fleckig. The monthly overviews are partly browned due to age, the tissue paper backings are partly slightly stained and creased, and a few of the mounted photographs are slightly stained. (complete). Phot-size 10 x 14 cm. All photos have a printed caption underneath. The publisher Braeckow was a high official of the German Nazi ministry of information and propaganda. Bound in the orignal imitation leather binding (screw and 2 rivets). Front cover dusty and slightly soiled, gilt decoration faded, Title and introduction leaf with marginal soiling and thumbing, interior fine, most of the leaves with their original transparent serpents. Good copy of the complete and original propaganda photo album which was published in monthly installments. 1940 covers the first full year of World War II. . The publication stopped after 1942.
