Dust jacket spine and front panel retain bright color to illustration; small chip at heel of front flap fold; a few small nicks as well as short tears and creases at edges; very faint moisture staining to front panel with moisture staining slightly more obvious upon white rear panel; lower corner of front flap creased; dj now presented in a mylar Brodart protector. Reddish-brown boards; front board and spine decorated with black lettering as well as geometric pattern upon spine; faint white discoloration to rear board. Dark maroon top edge. Endpaper maps of Spindrift Island; frontispiece illustration. Interior leaves are bright and clean. A very good+ copy in a very good- dust jacket. Authorship of the first three books in the Rick Brant series is attributed to Harold Goodwin and Peter J.
