This approach permits us to develop free of contradictions simulators of the universe, describing the Hubble law, red shifts independence on wavelength, tired light effect and some others as manifestations of measurement standards variability. Studies using this approach seem to show that the universe in terms of the radial velocities of galaxies seems to be more stable than it is believed today. Experiments reflect the efforts to verify the efficiency of this approach for creation of simulators, describing macro and micro components of the universe. Results of experiments convince of the correctness of the proposed models.
