Not a book but a 12-inch, 33-1/3 rpm signed stereo vinyl LP record, Decca DL 75098, near-mint vinyl in a "very-good" or better cardboard jacket with "cut-out" hole punched to upper left corner, signed in blue felt-tip to verso "Kitty Wells" (performer's name only) in the distinctive hand of the Queen of Country Music. Includes Felice Bryant's "We Could," Carl Perkins' "Daddy Sang Bass," Buck Owens' "Ive Got You On My Mind Again," Roy Orbison's "Only the Lonely," and of course Billy Sherrill and Glenn Sutton's "Stand By Your Man."
