First edition, hardcover, has a lean to the binding, bumps with slight wear to the cloth at the spine ends and corners, a couple small dings to the cover edges, dulling to the head of the text block, and some minor spots and stray marks to the end pages with a previous owner's stamp to the front end pages. Overall, a solid, Near Very Good copy in an unclipped, Fair only dust jacket, which has an approx. 1" x 2.5" loss at the lower back corners, shorter losses and creased tears to the spine ends, edges and other corners, external tape repairs to a few of the tears at the head, creasing along the folds, light sunning to the spine, and rubbing across the panels. The jacket is wrapped in Mylar.
