Couverture rigide. Condition: Très bon état. With essays by Dave Hickey and Shaila Dewan and a conversation with Todd Oldham. The Suits project was conceived in the fall of 1996 as an all-out, super public, totally social, transcontinental art event in which those impudent Pimpernels of post-conceptual performance art, The Art Guys, would appear at any and all events where people appear simply to make an appearance. in-4°.

Cloth. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. Houston's dynamic artistic duo "published" a book by printing their own dustjacket and wrapping it around a found book by another author. [SIGNED] Signed by both artists on the inside flap of the jacket with a nearby date stamp. The condition of this book (Evelyn Anthony's Mission to Malaspiga) is not good, with foxing, an adhesive smiley face sticker on the front free endpaper (possibly put there by the Art Guys themselves), a previous owner's inscribed name, and fading and wear to the boards. But the dustjacket "art" portion is in decent condition, with some wear to the edges and light staining transferred from the book itself to the inside of the jacket. A puffy sticker with googly eyes is affixed to the front cover. Hailed by artists Mel Chin ("I read a little of it and couldn't put it down, so I threw it straight into the trash!", Jim Pirtle ("I loved it! I thought it was great! But the book cover made me want to puke," and author Olive Hershey ("Timeless words; straight from the dictionary!"). Signed by the Artists.
