About this Item: National Association For School Magazines, London, 1965 First Edition. Wraps., 1965. 4to. Printed typescript. pp 22. A symposium held at Hamilton House in London 7 & 8 May 1965. A record of the various exchanges possibly done from a recording. The typescript was possibly circulated among contributors and a few others. Contributions by B.S. Johnson, Arnold Wesker, Edward Lucie - Smith, Eric Mottram, Jennifer Platt, Ken Garland and the chairman John Wren- Lewis. Later typed signed letter (cropped) attached from Melville Hardiment (who organised the symposium) to educationalist and radio person Fred Hunter. It invites Fred to a private view of MH's paintings and it talks about Wyndham Lewis trying to get one of his (MH) books published. Johnson is mostly talking about poetry and creativity and arguing with others about whether creativity can be taught (he says it cannot.) Stapled at corner. First page (the cover) slightly foxed, slight creasing otherwise about very good. Seller Inventory # C26191
