En un punto negativo se reconoce, en todo caso, a la analogía y a la naturaleza de la cosa un lugar común: en relación a su carácter extraordinario, como recurso de emergencia, el que solo debe ser tomado en cuenta cuando los recursos normales para la obtención de un juicio jurídico concreto, esto es la interpretación y la subsunción, no conducen a dicho fin, porque la ley posee lagunas.
