Item Description: Los Angeles: Keep America Committee, 1967. Soft cover. Book Condition: Near Fine. 1st Edition. One sheet folded to make 4 pp. A drastically abridged version of an original 36 page AJC publication photostatically reproduced by a Far Right organization to demonstrate the negative Jewish influence on Christian American life. For more "essential facts," the reader is encourage to read the Protocols. The Keep America Committee was an anti-Jewish, nationalist organization primarily run by Ms. Helen W. Courtois. We're not sure if it was originally distributed as such, but also included is a four page mimeographed pamphlet on yellow stock titled "The Low Man in the New Order" by The Patriot. The anonymous author maintains that the farmer "is being slowly crushed down toward a state of serfdom by a strange new federal government he neither understands nor influences." The rest of the screed is primarily aimed at Jews (Pharisees), the author quoting from the Talmud, Cabala, and lesser rabbinical books to support his thesis that the Jews are enslaving the farmer as part of their quest for world domination. Undated, although Charles Shuman is mentioned who was president of the American Farm Bureau from 1954-1970. Vertical crease, perhaps for mailing, else Fine. None currently in commerce (March 2017), and although other Keep America Committee publications are found in WorldCat, this title appears unrecorded. Bookseller Inventory # 03555
