Hardcover. Condition: Fair. Hardcover. Brown paper over boards with toned gilt stamping to front cover. Covers are fairly worn and soiled overall, with boards exposed at corners and along edges. Front hinge is split at head and foot (though covers remain firmly attached). Library of Congress rubber stamp to front cover and bookplate to front attached endpaper; a few associated library markings throughout. Title page not dated. Copyright page dated 1924. Binding is sturdy. With the exception of mentioned library markings and a few librarian notes written in pencil, pages are clean and tight. Though outside appears worn, interior is in good, clean reading condition. Hardcover. Condition: Good. Large hardcover. Brown cloth over boards with decorative gilt embossing on front cover and spine. Cloth is a bit worn along edges and at corners, where boards are slightly exposed. With the exception of library marks, covers remain clean and quite handsome. Bookplate on front attached endpaper and rubber stamps from the Scientific Library of the US Patent Office throughout. Tidelines along upper edges of pages throughout, slightly wrinkling them as well -- though they don't interfere with readability in any way. Title and copyright pages dated 1941. 619 pages, otherwise clean and in good reading condition. Binding is strong. An extensive, illustrated catalogue of medical instruments, with short descriptions accompanying listed items.
