Artistes include Roy Walton, Alex Elmsley, Dai Vernon and the last third of the book is all Graham Adams material that was originally going to be published as a separate publication but wound up being issued periodically in THE PENTAGRAM. PENTAGRAM, the magic magazine from which this material is drawn was started by Peter Warlock and reflected his interest in cards and mentalism.
