Clean and in very good condition. Stated fourth printing. Signed on the half title page by the President or by one of his secretaries, "To Edna F. Kelly with best wishes, Lyndon B. Johnson." There are a dozen or so signed copies of this title online at the time of this writing; the signature here does not match any of the others exactly enough to suggest Autopen - but as with all LBJ signatures, one always has to keep in mind that it was not unusual for secretaries to sign for him. In this case, the provenance is better than most. The book came from the collection of Rep. Edna Kelly (representative from NY from 1949-1969 and long time colleague of Johnson.)
