Sterling, Montgomery County, the hanging of Ray Ross, at Lexington, Fayette County, on December 19, 1924, the March 5, 1926, hanging of Ed Harris, alias John Henry Jones, at Lexington, Fayette County, and the hanging of John (Pete) Montjoy, December 17, 1937, at Covington, Kentcn County.
