Book
Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. Originally published in 1968 as a UK hardcover, this is a shelf-worthy reading copy of the first US edition, Avon paperback #V2274 with "First Avon Printing, August, 1969" on its copyright page. It is in very good+ condition, marred only by a shallow reading crease in its spine, a faint "glue ghost" on the front cover from a bookstore price label, and some light age toning on insides of covers. Its binding is tight and square, with no reading creases in its hinges. Covers are unmarked and unworn. Pages are unmarked and unworn, with unfaded publisher's red stain around edges of the text block. As with all Space Age Book purchases, I will ship this book in a moisture proof zip-loc bag, padded in bubble wrap, inside a sturdy box to assure it reaches its new owner in the same condition as my description. Bibliographic note: versions of this edition were printed both in the USA and Canada, with no precedence between the two versions. This copy has "Printed in the U.S.A." on its copyright page.
