The catalogue/brochure/poster for an exhibition of work by Jedediah Caesar, Case Calkins, and Patrick Hill, held at the D'Amelio Terras gallery, NYC, September 6 - October 1, 2005. The Los Angeles based writer, Michael Ned Holte, wrote a post-historical fiction that accompanied the exhibition and which is reproduced here. Single sheet of heavy stock, folded to produce 4 pages on one side and a poster for the exhibition on the other; 5.75 x 8.5 inches, folds out to 11.5 x 17. Condition: Fine.
