Maroon cloth with brilliant gilt lettering on spine; lower corners slightly curled or bumped; 1/4" x 3/8" light spot on fore-edge with NO bleeding onto pages NOR warping impact, else As New: tight binding, no rubbing wear. Glossy maroon dustwrapper with white lettering on spine and on front cover; edgewear at corners and across spine ends (effectively protecting cloth boards); 2 3/8" closed tear down top right rear cover at gutter; 1 1/4" closed tear down rear cover top left corner; 1" tear up from front cover lower left, near gutter; two other 3/8" tears at midpoint top rear cover edge and at top right front cover corner: describes worse than it is: all tears now backed by archival tape and NOW in MYLAR which graciously forgives these sins.
