Hardcover. Condition: Good+. Good+ red cloth hard cover books with gold gilt cover and spine lettering, no dust jackets. Vol. 1 covers and spine nice and clean, 1" loss to bottom forward cover edge, boards slightly bowed. Vol. 2 and 3 have toning to covers. appears to be from moisture, though no signs internally. All 3 volumes have some slight toning to pages and text block edges, otherwise nice and clean throughout. A good, solid set. All of our books are individually inspected and described. Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. Size 270mmX210mm. Although the title says' Since 1917", the book actually starts from 1914 when H. J. Holden of Holden and Frost of Grenfell Street, Adelaide took an order for a custom built body to suit a Lancia chassis. While the book is in good/very good order it has light moisture damage to pages 191-223, the top right corner has a bend at the top and a crease in the front cover.
