Strips of tape residue upon front and rear endpapers; discard stamp on front free endpaper with top corner clipped; library stamps and pencil notations upon title page; discard stamp and library fine sticker on rear free endpaper which also shows from surface abrasion from removal of library pocket; no other library markings readily apparent upon a quick perusal and interior pages are otherwise clean. Binding is firm. Still a handsome copy despite its ex-library past and remains an excellent reference on 18th century British master silversmith Paul Storr. With a Foreword by Charles Oman, frontispiece and 80 other b/w plates, two genealogical trees, two appendices, and Index.
