There are a very few scattered pencil marking to text - presumably by Valentine, but easily and cleanly erased when tested. Bound in black buckram, gilt lettering to spine 39pp with 10pp b/w photos on glossy paper at rear PLUS 52pp with 12pp b/w photos at rear. Both are first printings. .
