5th printing of the 1948 edition. xiv, 411pp, (7x10 inches), b&w illustrations, index. Very Good/Good, hardcover with a dust jacket. the spine ends of the book are soft and the owner;s name is on the front free endpaper. Otherwise the book itself is clean and tight, no bumps, tears or creases, no markins to the text. The jacket is worn and sunned, with chips and tears. Tape mended inside. A one inch piece is missing from the head of the jacket spine area. Now in a DJ protector. Combines the contents of the earlier volumes with revisions by Ruth Teiser, includes all the counties in the state.
