The cloth has a light damp mark on front cover; the dust wrapper has old tears which have been reinforced along the lower margin with tape on the verso; wrapper worn along the edges with old crease marks and tears. Book is very good, dust wrapper good only. Size 24 x16cm (9.5 x 6.5 inches) Provenance: Andrew Murray, Director of Mayor Gallery, Cork Street, London. The Mayor Gallery exhibited Ardizzone's work in the 1960's . Andrew Murray lent his personal collection of books and prints etc. to the travelling exhibition by Middlesbrough Museum in 1982.
