Some of the reports from this bulletin may contain first or last xeroxed pages. The author examines the situation in Europe, in the aftermath of World War I and sees certain trouble spots that could lead to another major war. In particular, he mentions the potential trouble spots as being the Polish corridor, the Franco-German frontier, the powder-barrel Balkans, and, to his way of thinking the most likely sources for a cataclysm, Austria and the Saar Basin.
