Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. 368 large pages The much acclaimed inside story of the famous (some would say infamous) F1 team funded for much of it's existence by the Owen Organisation and at it's peak in the later 2.5 and 1.5 litre F1 era covered by this book when the team won their only world title win with Graham Hill in 1962 and ran drivers including Jo Bonnier, Dan Gurney, Ritchie Ginther & Tony Brooks and sold cars of to privateers including Tony March, Bob Bondurant and Colin Crabbe, as well as engines to many other teams in addition to providing the chassis for Rover's gas turbine Le Mans effodt in 1963 and 1965. Wonderful stuff, great photos, lots of 'backroom boy's tales and the inevitable whiff of scandal from members of the team's various eccentric, extended hierarchy .

Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. Front engined Cars 1945 - 1960. This Volume alone runs to 432 large format pages of text and picture of those famous but rather lean years in which the British motor industry-backed 1.5 litre V16 repeatedly failed to live up to it's hype and expectations despite drivers including Fangio Gonzalez, Wharton Parnell and (briefly) Stirling Moss taking turns at the wheel. The later, much more simple. TVery good Condition books and jacket, maybe a little tanned around the edges of the pages.
