TEXT IN FRENCH. SIGNED and INSCRIBED by LAURIE ANDERSON on the title page: "To Scott / XX / Laurie Anderson (signed)". Artists, Musicians and Writers in the Exhibition included: Laurie Anderson, Antonin Artaud, Roland Barthes, Andy Warhol, Cy Twombly, Georg Basselitz, Sol LeWitt, Julian Schnabel, Anselm Kiefer, and others. ILLUSTRATED throughout with color and b&w reproductions of art works and written works by the participants. Some of the MUSICAL WORKS included in the Exhibition (such as the electronic musical piece by Laurie Anderson) are NOT illustrated in the catalog, but are noted in the "List of Works in the Exhibition" at the end of the catalog. There is a biography of each participant in the exhibition (beginning with Laurie Anderson), and brief interviews with a few of the participants.
