Pages are overall crisp and clean, other than annotations from the previous owner. Images are printed in full color and B&W. 429 pages. Copyright dated 1984. Everything you know about Monarch Butterflies, you know because of Brower's work, both scientific and outreach. He was a great teacher, and important researcher, a torch-bearing conservationist, and a leading light in lepidoptery. We are extremely excited to offer his books.
